M$ has also had several clashes with EU and had heavy sanctions for disregarding regulations.
In general its unfair business practices have been almost totally ignorant of laws and fair commerce.

This perspective should appeal to decent citizens.
Now it too often can put down as just another hate site with no other merit, but legality is not a matter of taste or personal feelings.
