What technical support alternatives are available for Enteprise corporations? For example, if a company wanted to move away from Premier Support, are there any 3rd party companies that offer similar Microsoft product support at a lower cost? |

I'm not sure you've come to the right place to ask that question. If you wanted to find enterprise support for Linux, someone here might know; but I think most of us are no longer using Microsoft products. Good luck with your search, though. _________________ Take back the PC! http://www.goodbyemicrosoft.net |

Along the lines of what Brad R said, if you are interested in non-Microsoft operating systems, Red Hat immediately comes to mind as offering enterprise level support for Linux and Apple for Mac OS X. There are others as well. Sorry, I'm not as familiar with support option for Windows.
